On Sept. 12, Freeman’s | Hindman will host its Important Jewelry auction in Chicago with over 300 lots, including designs by renowned maisons as well as pieces from the collections of Audre Deckmann Carlin (a dancer, model, philanthropist, and teacher) and the Shawver Art Collection Trust established by Phoenix native Pat Shawver.
“This sale includes dazzling jewelry from private collections across the U.S.,” said April Matteini, Freeman’s | Hindman senior vice president and head of jewelry, in a statement. “From a whimsical Tiffany leaping frog brooch to an impressive Bulgari ‘Monete’ necklace, the sale is beautiful and well balanced, with something for every collector.”
