
Fossil Group, the Dallas-based watch company, has appointed two new executives—both of whom have extensive consumer industry experience.
Joe Martin (left) was named chief commercial officer, effective Feb. 12. He is overseeing all of Fossil’s revenue-generating activities. Previously, Martin served as senior vice president at Adidas, where he drove a turnaround in North America. Prior to that, he was a sales executive at 3M.
Additionally, Antonio Carriero joined Fossil as chief digital information officer and general manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, effective Feb. 17.

Prior to coming to Fossil, Carriero was chief digital and information officer at Salomon (Amer Sports). He has also held senior leadership positions in digital at Breitling and Richemont.
In related news, Fossil announced it has extended its agreement with Michael Kors to produce Kors-branded watches and jewelry.
