Diamond manufacturer Fischler Diamonds Inc., the North American office of Belgium’s Fischler Diamonds N.V., is celebrating its 25th year of operation in the United States.

In 1980, Serge Fischler, president of Fischler Diamonds, North America region, relocated from Antwerp, Belgium to New York City’s Diamond District, and set up Bel-Am Diamonds Inc., later renamed Fischler Diamonds Inc.

“Moving to the United States is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made,” Fischler said. “I’ve learned what American buyers look for in service and quality, and the importance of making good on promises.”

During the years, Fischler Diamonds has expanded its North American operations to include offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. The New York office is also integral in the creation and launch of RAVISH: The Fischler Diamonds Collection, a premiere diamond jewelry collection, the company’s first ever catalog, and debut of newsletter, The Fischler Diamonds Dazzler, an industry-only newsletter.
