Ewa Abrams, who currently serves as general counsel of Kering Americas, has been appointed the division’s president, effective Aug. 1.
She will succeed Laurent Claquin, who was recently named Kering’s first chief brand officer.
Abrams joined the luxury conglomerate in 2018 as general counsel for Kering Americas. She sits on the board of the Kering Foundation in the Americas and co-chairs the company’s Women in Luxury Americas internal program.
Before she came to Kering, Abrams spent over 17 years at Tiffany & Co., where she rose to the positions of vice president, associate general counsel, and chief compliance and privacy officer.
Kering’s portfolio of brands includes Gucci, Saint Laurent, and jewelers Boucheron, Pomellato, Dodo, and Qeelin.
