The acquisition will expand Circa’s services
Circa, the New York–based jewelry buyer, has acquired Hampton Estate Auction, the online auction house.
Hampton’s owner, Vadim Krivitsky, will work with Circa to develop its auction business.
“The acquisition of Hampton will broaden the array of services Circa is able to offer to our global client base, giving our clients and customers another compelling reason to do business with Circa,” said Richard Tilles, president of Circa.
“Circa’s global reach and multiple buying locations will provide new and exciting product to the Hampton auction site, giving Hampton’s customers a broader array of fine jewelry and luxury watch products to choose from, which will lead to significant growth opportunities for Hampton and Circa,” said Krivitsky.
“The addition of the Hampton auction site to Circa’s business portfolio is a strategic move that will better position CIRCA for revenue growth and improved profitability in the next few years,” said Laurence Grunstein, Circa CEO.
