Michael Rawlinson, the CEO of British jewelry trade group National Association of Jewellers, has resigned.
He will “pursue other interests,” an organization statement said.
In his letter of resignation, Rawlinson said that he had achieved what he had intended: to unify the British Jewellers Association and National Association of Goldsmiths into one single voice for the U.K. industry.
Rawlinson was previously CEO of the National Association of Goldsmiths. He took over NAJ in 2015.
No successor was announced.
