Burton Jewelers, a nearly century old jeweler located in Laurel, Mississippi, is closing, according to a local news report.
Owner Timothy D. "Doyle" Webb didn’t blame the economy for the closing but said many of the companies the store does business with have closed. He plans to continue being a business owner in the local community, the report said.
