Laura Burdese will become Bulgari’s deputy CEO, a newly created position, on Sept. 1, the LVMH-owned brand announced on LinkedIn.
Burdese joined Bulgari in January 2022 as vice president of marketing and communications. She is credited with designing its “One Brand Elevation” strategy.
In her new role, she will oversee Bulgari’s jewelry, watch, perfume, and leather goods divisions. Burdese also will continue to head its marketing and communications and to report to Bulgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin.
She previously served as president and CEO of LVMH-owned perfume company Acqua di Parma and as president and CEO of ck Calvin Klein Watch+Jewelry, a joint venture with Swatch Group.
Antoine Pin, the current head of Bulgari’s watch business, was recently named CEO of LVMH watch brand TAG Heuer.
