Rio Tinto Diamonds has appointed Brandee Dallow to manage its U.S. representative office.
She replaces Rebecca Foerster, who established the office in 2007 and has since moved to Leo Schachter.
Dallow has 15 years of experience in the jewelry industry. She most recently served as vice president of global communications for the Julius Klein Group, where she has worked since 2003. Prior to that, she worked at the Diamond Information Center at JWT. She was also just voted president-elect of the Women’s Jewelry Association.
The office supports Rio Tinto’s Select Diamantaires in their U.S. downstream activities.
