The Edge Retail Academy has hired jewelry industry veteran Becka Johnson Kibby as sales manager.
Kibby was most recently the general manager of U.S. operations for The Q Report. She previously worked as trainer manager for Robbins Brothers, as well as the training manager for Borsheims.

Kibby is also a Graduate Gemologist and was an instructor with the Gemological Institute of America. She currently serves on the program advisory committee for GIA, and is the vice president of chapter affairs for the International Women’s Jewelry Association.
