A lawsuit against Gehry Design over the Frank Gehry jewelry collection is being allowed to proceed, the Associated Press reports.
The lawsuit involves claims by Circa Publishing Enterprises of Culver City that it introduced the famed designer to Tiffany and Co., and then the parties launched their “Frank Gehry Collection” without Circa, the news service reports. Gehry’s lawyer claims Circa ended the agreement.
However, the judge tossed out a Circa fraud claim, meaning it can’t collect punitive damages, according to the AP.
