Demi-fine jewelry brand Anna Zuckerman Luxury has appointed Leena Gurevich-Nuńez (pictured) its president and CEO.
Gurevich-Nuńez succeeds founder Anna Zuckerman, who will become the brand’s lead designer and chairman of its board.
Gurevich-Nuńez was most recently vice president of the Accessories Council, a nonprofit trade organization. There, she served as publisher of its trade publication, AC magazine (formerly Accessories).
Prior to that, she served as vice president of retail for Ghurka and head of U.S. retail for the Tourbillion brand, which is part of Swatch Group. She has also worked for Hugo Boss, Fendi, and Yves St. Laurent.
Zuckerman founded the Boca Raton, Fla.–based company in 2020. It made its debut at the JCK show in Las Vegas in 2021.
In her new role, Zuckerman will guide the brand’s creative direction, overseeing design and development and identifying new opportunities for the collection. She will also serve as leader of its philanthropic initiatives, which will be rolled out later this year.
