Georg Jensen S/A has named Alexander Weindling president of Georg Jensen North America and managing director for global jewelry and gemstones.
Weindling will direct the retail and wholesale businesses of Georg Jensen in North America and direct the sourcing, production, and distribution of all jewelry collections.
He previously founded and owned of A.G. Weindling, a producer of fine diamond jewelry. Prior to that, he founded Weindling International, a diamond and jewelry manufacturer and distributor. Weindling also served as president of London Star Ltd.
