The Accredited Gemologists Association will hold a conference on “The Future of Diamonds” at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas on May 31 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Panelists include Rapaport Group CEO Martin Rapaport, geologist Howard Coopersmith, Suncrest Diamonds CEO Sonny Pope, Serenity Technologies CEO Jay Neogi, Apollo Diamonds founder Robert C. Linares, and GIA distinguished research fellow Dr. James Shigley. It will be moderated by Lucent Diamonds CEO Alex Grizenko.
The panel will discuss how the world of diamonds will look in the future, and the role of synthetic and treated diamonds.
