The 2017 American Music Awards dazzled in Los Angeles Sunday night with a lineup of “wow” moments that came fast and furious throughout the evening.
There was Pink doing her aerialist-pop-star thing (this time on the side of a skyscraper), a feel-good performance by Motown legend Diana Ross (who received the Lifetime Achievement Award), and the quick wit and rotating fashions of host Tracee Ellis Ross, to name just a few.
The jewelry worn by the night’s performers and guests rarely took center stage (with big baubles worn by Tracee Ellis Ross and Diana Ross being notable exceptions to that rule). Nevertheless, the evening offered up lots of memorable bling.
