Most people I know tend to get pretty bummed out after the holidays—and who can blame them? The high from celebrating has worn off, and we’re basically left with the blahs of winter. But wait—it’s not all bad! Two words: awards season. The glamour, the fashion, the drunk celebrities, the jewels! I know I’m not the only one excited for Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards (right?), the kickoff to awards season. I won’t try to make jewelry predictions, but if the red carpet deities are listening, can we take a break from ear cuffs and bring on the shoulder dusters and collar necklaces? That’s all I ask.
