This might be my favorite pearl piece ever
I’m not one to be drawn to pearls when given other options, but Amy Glaswand’s Luna Collection necklace has me thinking differently. With its soft golden setting, geometric detail, and elongated drop, the lariat—dubbed Cosmo—puts its two pearls in just the right light. At the top of the pendant: a design that makes me think of sunshine, set with six diamonds that drive the image home. I love the diamond-shape icons that descend the ladder below, leading to a single luscious 10 mm pearl drop. The piece is very holiday chic, but I can see this making numerous appearances throughout the year, easily becoming a favorite in any collection. Its modern style lends it to layering, too—so fragile gold, choker-length chains, or even by-the-yard-style necklaces adorned with seed pearls, would pair beautifully. Glaswand has also created numerous other designs for her Luna Collection, giving those who love to have a matching set irresistible options.
