If the 2019 Academy Awards red carpet was any indication, we’re moving away from Millennial Pink a bit into richer shades of bubblegum, magenta, fuchsia, and rose. It was as if all of Hollywood came together and agreed on a color scheme—though no two dresses were exactly the same hue—most topping off their gowns with diamonds, though there were a few gemstone pieces of interest in there, too.
If one is thinking of draping themselves in head-to-toe pink for spring, I say, go for it. What a cheery, jubilant color to welcome the season. But if a current wardrobe consists mostly of neutral colors (guilty), an homage to what seems to be becoming the color of the season starts with jewelry.
And what better way to wear pink than via sapphire, quartz, diamond, tourmaline, and morganite?
Has there ever been a time that we weren’t collectively enchanted with pink in some form or another? Jewelry featuring pink gemstones will endure, year after year, Pantone color after color, trend after trend.
So, rather than spotlighting florals for spring (we know, we know, how original), why not tickle your customers pink?
