Though 2018 may be the biggest year for rainbow jewelry yet, it always feels good to incorporate a variety of styles into one’s repertoire.
That means springing for all the colors of the rainbow—in all-in-one designs and individual gemstone-set jewels, too—as well as both diamond jewelry and styles set with no gemstones at all.

Maybe this well-rounded way of collecting isn’t for everyone—there are those that love, say, emerald jewelry, and couldn’t possibly ever want anything else. In my opinion, if one was to choose just a single type of jewelry to own, the most popular answer would be diamond. Take this claim not as fact, but as mere observation: Owning diamond jewelry is the common denominator of the majority of people I know.
So it makes sense for retailers to stock diamond jewelry—it’s a store staple!—and there are so many different kinds to choose from.
