Movado Group is beefing up both its digital and social media ranks.
Movado Group has appointed Behzad Soltani (pictured) as its new chief digital officer. He will be responsible for elevating Movado’s digital experience and developing Movado’s recently inaugurated digital center for excellence.
Soltani most recently served as vice and general manager of B2B at Boxed as well as vice president and general manager at Keurig, where he transformed the coffee brewer’s e-commerce business.
In addition, Michelle Barna-Stern (pictured, below) has joined the watch company as vice president of social media. She will grow the brand’s digital footprint. She reports to chief marketing officer Mary Leach, an 18-year company veteran.
Barna-Stern most recently served as vice president of social marketing at 360i, a digital marketing agency, where she worked with leading clients such as Oreo, Nestle, Pernod Ricard, and Subway.
