The ring was auctioned Wednesday in New York City
An anonymous bidder paid $300,000 for a 7.45 ct. diamond Donald Trump gave to his second wife, the actress and television personality Marla Maples.
The ring was sold at auction by Joseph DuMouchelle at the Lotte New York Palace hotel on Wednesday.
The ring was first auctioned in 2000 and sold for $110,000.
