Sandberg & Sikorski Corp. announced that the company has acquired 100% of the assets of T. Pinto Manufacturing Inc. T. Pinto had been a manufacturer of die struck rings, primarily selling unfinished rings to bridal manufacturers in the jewelry industry. The company also developed true two-tone, die-struck, comfort-fit rings in both platinum and yellow and white gold combinations. As part of Sandberg & Sikorski, however, the group will now produce only complete diamond rings, which will be sold directly to major retailers.

T. Pinto has been purchased by Sandberg & Sikorski.
