OE Design Inc., New York, which designs, markets, and sells Rudolf Erdel Platinum jewelry, will merge with OE Design Sdn Bhd, a manufacturing company owned by Erich Oeding-Erdel, Rudolf Erdel’s father. OE Design Bhd has produced and supplied all Rudolf Erdel Platinum jewelry since its inception. The company has specialized in the production of platinum jewelry for more than 25 years.

The merging of Rudolf Erdel Platinum with the OE Group of companies is intended to provide structure for long-term success as well as capital to finance a broader range of product and to launch the collection into new markets.

As a result of the merger, the sales and distribution office for Rudolf Erdel Platinum is now headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Product development and marketing remains in New York.
