JewelAmerica Inc., New York City, has completed the acquisition of Astoria Jewelry Manufacturing Co., based in Long Island City. Astoria’s offices, key personnel, and manufacturing facility will be relocated into the existing headquarters of JewelAmerica. Howard Zeller will remain with the company as vice president of merchandising and sales for Astoria.

Astoria is best known for its patented Natural-Fit bridal product. JewelAmerica Inc. has 170 employees in its New York office and additional manufacturing facilities in Costa Rica and Mexico as well as offices in Italy and Israel. It’s also the parent corporation of Oro Dall’ Italia, Jana Designs, and Jewelmont/Jené. Based in Manhattan, the company serves a wide variety of volume retailers across the United States.
