Leslie’s, Greenwich, Conn., has redesigned its Web site, www.leslies.com, adding features to serve retail jewelers more effectively, according to company president Andy Ban. Leslie’s customers can go online to browse the company’s entire catalog and review new products as well as download advertising materials. The system also allows jewelers to address customer service issues via an online form.
Jewelers can use the site to request a visit from a Leslie’s sales representative, view the schedule of trade shows at which Leslie’s will exhibit, and obtain educational information about gold jewelry for their customers on the consumer side of the site. Jewelers also may request a free full-color catalog.
