Trade-fair organizer Messe Frankfurt has taken over International Exhibitions, Promotions, Organising & Conferences (EPOC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. EPOC fairs include Hardware and Tools, Houseware and Hometech, Materials Handling & Distribution, Toy Fair, and Autotech. Messe Frankfurt aims to further develop the already established fairs as well as sound out new topics for the Arab market.

The Dubai branch will be managed by the former owners of EPOC, Michael El Nayal and Geoff Dickinson. The venue for all events will be the Dubai World Trade Center.
