ER character “Dr. Carter,” portrayed by Noah Wylie, will propose to his television sweetheart, “Abby,” with one of Fabrikant’s newest designs, the Royal Oval engagement ring. Valued at $20,000, the Royal Oval used in the program features a 2-ct., VS-G center stone with .12 ct. t.w. of diamonds in the surrounding pavé hand-engraved platinum setting.
