Fink’s Jewelers, founded in 1930 in Roanoke, Va., has grown to include 16 mall-based locations throughout Virginia and North Carolina. In 2004, the firm will add its first free-standing store location, says company president Marc Fink.

The new location includes enough land to also accommodate the company’s need for more corporate office space. The total new construction space—centered in one of the most affluent, high-traffic areas of the city—will encompass more than 13,000 sq. ft. The new building should be complete in early June and will open for business immediately.
