During a special reception to commemorate the inaugural voyage of the Queen Mary II, J.R. Dunn Jewelers unveiled its new Queen Mary II Charm Collection. The Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based jeweler designed and handcrafted the collection for Cunard in honor of the QM2 Gala hosted by the cruise line on Jan. 30. Proceeds from the event benefited the Miami City Ballet, the New World Symphony, and Fort Lauderdale’s Winterfest.
The collection features six designs in a choice or combination of platinum and 18k white and yellow gold, with special selections in the series featuring white and black diamonds. A one-of-a-kind pendant-size charm features 108 white diamonds and 144 black diamonds set within the design, which depicts the QMII‘s majestic bow.
The collection will remain on display at J.R. Dunn Jewelers’ new Las Olas location in Fort Lauderdale. Several pieces are available for sale at that location; others are available by special order.
