The Malaysia International Jewelex trade fair will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2004. This year’s edition of the show will be held Oct. 8-11 at the Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Last year’s show drew more than 10,000 visitors from Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Pakistan, Iran, Australia, and other countries—a 20% increase in attendance over the previous year’s figures. The event will include ancillary events such as fashion shows, “Buyers’ Night,” and a variety of technical seminars.
