In the tragic aftermath of the Tsunami in Asia last week, thousands of children will be left homeless and without parents. Jane Taylor, known for her ingenious design of the Chubby Bezel, is doing her part to help these children by designing a pendant to be sold globally. All profits will go to support an orphanage in Sri Lanka.
“These children have no homes, and no parents.” Taylor says “I am overwhelmed with the desire to be useful.”
The piece named Rala (the Sri Lankan word for “ wave”) will feature two waves inside a circle and will be available in 14k gold, 18k gold, and silver. It will be sold throughout the US at authorized Jane Taylor Jewelry retailers.
