The International Gemological Institute announced the official opening of its 2,500-sq.-ft. full-service identification and grading laboratory in central Hong Kong, located on 29 Queens Road Central.

IGI staff consists of local Hong Kong graduate gemologists and Fellows of the British Gemological Association, who all received additional training at IGI Antwerp.

IGI Hong Kong offers diamond and gemstone identification, certification, and grading reports on loose stones and finished jewelry for diamond dealers, jewelry manufacturers, jewelers, and consumers.
