Robert Marks of Rogers Jewelry Co., Modesto, Calif., has been re-elected president of the California Jewelers Association for 2006.
Other officers re-elected for the year included Richard Velayo of Gleim the Jeweler in Palo Alto, president-elect; Lexi Kern of Churchill Jewelers in Santa Barbara, first vice president; and Allen Kessler of Kessler Jewelers in Burbank, treasurer.
New to the slate of officers is Teresa Saldivar of Teresa’s Jewelers in Santa Ana, who was elected second vice president.
CJA, an affiliate of Jewelers of America, represents over 1,200 jewelers, suppliers, and designers throughout the state.
