Adam Graham has joined Harmon Group as vice president, business development. He will be responsible for building key partnerships for the Harmon Group throughout the United States. Prior to joining the Harmon Group, Graham served as director of marketing for American Gem Society and vice president, Rapaport USA for the Rapaport Group.

Stanley Zale has been named the new vice president of the diamond business unit at Stuller. Zale’s prior professional industry experience includes senior marketing and merchandising positions with global diamond companies, including Graff USA and Louis Glick & Co., a De Beers sightholder. He also owned and operated a manufacturer of loose diamonds that sold to wholesalers and retailers throughout the United States. Zale began his industry career with Zale Corp. in 1980.

Stuller also announced that Robert B. “Bob” Cox has been appointed the new executive vice president of sales for the company. Cox’s prior industry experience includes senior management and merchandising positions with retail jewelry chains, includingKay, Reliable Stores, and Karten’s. Additionally, he has held product development and national sales positions with OroAmerica and was vice president of the women’s jewelry division at Colibri.

The American Gem Society Laboratories has hired John A. Politi Jr. as director, business development, a newly created position. Politi will be headquartered in New York’s Diamond District and will be responsible for developing new business relationships and furthering the implementation and usage of AGS Lab Diamond Quality Documents & Reports within the New York jewelry community. Politi was previously responsible in his position as chief executive officer for establishing an Analytical Testing Center in the United States on behalf of the Birmingham (U.K.) Assay Office.

Audre Ferrentino has joined Thomas Sabo USA as a sales associate. Ferrentino previously worked for Rembrandt Charms.

Harmon Group has also announced that Sarah Ritter has joined the agency as a senior account executive. Ritter will be responsible for several key accounts, as well as building prospective business relationships. She previously worked for Lehman Bros. in New York.
