JCK Las Vegas, the most comprehensive jewelry event in the country, will commence May 30 with 3,100 exhibiting companies and more than 20,000 jewelry buyers from 85 countries.

“Planning is the key to a successful JCK Las Vegas event, and this year, the entire show will conveniently be located under one roof.  It is our goal to provide the retailers with new tools to help them to easily and effectively navigate their way around the Show,” said Dave Bonaparte, group vice president, JCK Events. “We have partnered with GoExpo to develop the My JCKShowPlanner (www.myjckshowplanner.com), a free online appointment setting and mapping tool, which provides retailers the ability to search JCK Exhibitors by company name or product category.”

The new software also allows retailers to set appointments in advance, add conference sessions to a daily schedule, and download customized JCK floor plans.

The developers of GoExpo, Exhibitors Marketing Concepts, LLC and Brain Book Software, LLC said they have combined resources and research to provide the features most desired by buyers, exhibitors, and show management.

JCK Las Vegas is also offering the following tools to assist buyers pre-show and on-site:

JCK Webinar – JCK buyers can learn everything they need to know about the products, exhibitors, the JCK Conference Program, and how to get around the show before leaving for Las Vegas. Visit www.jcklasvegasshow.com to listen to the JCK Webinar after May 1.

Touchscreen Navigation Kiosks – On-site Touchscreen Navigation Kiosks located at the information desks, will provide retailers the ability to search for an exhibitor or a supplier in a specific product category, and print a map directly to that exhibitor’s booth.  Customer Care Personnel will be available on-site to answer questions and offer assistance.

Two Way Aisle Signs – Newly designed aisle signs will allow visitors to see JCK aisle numbers from any direction.

You Are Here Maps – Giant “You Are Here” maps, located on Level 1 & 2 of the Sands Expo & Convention Center, provide a birds-eye view of the entire show floor. The You Are Here maps are color coded in sections which will correspond to the aisle carpet colors on the Show floor.  Here is a preview of the locations of each of the Pavilions.

The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino offers AGTA’s GemFair Pavilion; Ballrooms for Keynote Presentations; NCDIA Breakfast; The Italian Pavilion VicenzaOro at JCK; the Press Office; Swiss Watch by JCK and World’s Fair.

The Sands Expo and Convention Center Level One offers Equipment Technology & Supplies Pavilion; StyleMakers Pavilions; World’s Fair and the Show Office.

The Sands Expo and Convention Center Level Two offers the Antwerp Pavilion; the Design Center; the Diamond Plaza; the Grande Plaza (formerly Galleria Pavilion); the Hall of Time; the Indo Argyle Diamond Council Pavilion; the LUXURY Collection; the Platinum Pavilion; the Plumb Club and Prestige Promenade.
