Though I find the artistry behind Thea Izzi‘s aquamarine pendant to be exquisite, I’m more interested in the way the piece itself makes me feel. The tranquility of its star: an oval-shape, rose-cut aquamarine. The silky smoothness of its 18k gold vessel, hugging the rugged curves of the central gemstone, glistening with a single, bezel-set white sapphire. I just saw it and went, aaaah. The design leaves me feeling like I just had a yoga session, and I didn’t even have to leave my desk. This is one of those universal colors that would truly look beautiful on anyone—it brings out the best, in style and in spirit.
