Three people accused of robbing three restaurants and a
jewelry store in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, will face federal charges of
obstructing commerce, a federal offense under the 1946 Hobbs Act, according to
a local news report.
Tony A. Bankhead II, Keith J. Freeman, and Brittney E. Burks
were charged yesterday, accused of conspiracy, robbery affecting interstate
commerce, and using firearms to commit crimes of violence.
