United Business Media Limited announced recently that it has
agreed to acquire a 65 percent stake in Rotaforte International Trade Fairs
& Media, the owner of Turkey’s largest jewelry exhibitions, from its
private owner on behalf of UBM Asia.
The transaction is subject to regulatory clearance.
