late ’60s and early ’70s inspired the spring/summer 2011 Padma collection
from Padma Lakshmi. The model and Top
Chef personality recently held a press day in Manhattan to show editors the
new looks.

The styles show a continuation of Collection’s hallmark
beading elements, with cascading neck pieces and fringe drop earrings in a
color palette of pink, white, blue, and green. The line also speaks to
the brand’s organic and botanical vibe, with fossilized flower jasper, solar
quartz, and Peruvian and pink opal, giving pieces a decidedly groovy aesthetic.
