financial results (ended Dec. 31):

• 4Q net revenue: $29 million, up 5.7%
• 4Q gross profit: $7.2 million, down from $8.1 million in
  2009
• 4Q number of new buyers: 54,271, up 19.5%
• 4Q average orders per day: 1,883, up 20.2%
• 4Q average items sold per day: 6,899, down 4.8%
• 4Q average selling price per order: Up 2% to $190

• FY2010 net revenue: $104.8 million, down 5.1%
• FY2010 gross profit: $26.1 million, down from $33.7 million
  in 2009
• FY2010 net loss: $1.4 million
