Tiffany & Co. will open 21 stores this year.

That will include eight locations in the Americas, five in Europe, and eight in the Asia-Pacific region. Four stores will open in the United States in 2011, although the only cities the company specified were Northbrook, Ill., and Richmond, Va.

The jeweler currently has 84 U.S. stores, having opened five stores in five cities in the second half of 2010: Baltimore; Houston; Jacksonville, Fla.; Los Angeles; and Santa Monica, Calif.

Tiffany & Co.’s U.S. comp sales rose 8 percent last year. ?
