Richline announced March 29 that it has purchased Toronto’s Finecraft ­Jewellery. It is the Berkshire Hathaway–owned company’s first Canadian acquisition. Alan Gozlan, son of Finecraft founder Roger Gozlan, will manage the business and continue to service Finecraft customers. The company will retain its Toronto distribution center and entire staff, according to a Richline statement. Richline has also purchased such noted brands as Andin, Tru-Kay, Rosato, and Prime Time Manufacturing.
