Miseno Prepares New Collection, Celebrations as It Reaches a Decade in Business

2025 promises to be one of the most exciting years yet for Italian fine jewelry brand Miseno, as it celebrates its 10th anniversary with special events and a new collection.

These celebrations come as Miseno founder Antonio Cardamuro wraps up a very busy and productive year, during which he opened Miseno’s artisan workshop near Naples, Italy, and traveled around the United States to present its new jewelry and meet with clients.

Before the anniversary parties officially start, Cardamuro will travel one more time—to Vicenza, outside Venice, where he will be an exhibitor at the semiannual VicenzaOro boutique jewelry show.

The Baia Sommersa necklace, from Miseno’s Baia collection—which the brand highlighted at several U.S. events last year—was one of the brand’s best selling pieces in 2024.

In the spring, Miseno will debut the Arco collection, to honor its decade in business. Cardamuro established the brand in October 2014, after more than two decades working at heritage jewelry houses, to tell his own story through the jewelry he creates. His son, daughter, and nephew have all joined the Miseno team, bringing fresh perspectives to family tradition, says Cardamuro.

“I believe that jewelry should always tell a story, encapsulating the moments and emotions that define our lives. Each piece should resonate with personal significance, whether it marks a milestone, commemorates a cherished memory, or embodies a unique sentiment,” he says. “I am excited to continue this journey, crafting jewelry that resonates with others and celebrates the beauty of individuality.”

Describing himself as passionate not only about jewelry but also about artistry and fashion, Cardamuro says: “As a true Neapolitan, my first real job was as a pizza maker, but my journey into the world of jewelry began with Bulgari.”

Miseno’s 18k white gold Ischia earrings ($19,800) are set with 2.69 cts. t.w. white diamonds, 1.57 cts. t.w. blue sapphires, and 1.31 cts. t.w. emeralds.

From 1988 to 2003, he rose through the ranks at Bulgari, to vice president. “I started as a safe keeper and assistant. This role was pivotal—I learned not only how to care for exquisite pieces but also the stories behind each gem, their unique qualities, and the artistry involved in their creation.”

His next career milestone was serving as a vice president at Buccellati, where he worked from 2007 to 2014. Cardamuro says his time at Buccellati helped him further understand the world of luxury, refined his aesthetic sensibilities, and taught him how to develop a commitment to quality.

“Our aspiration for Miseno is to establish it as a renowned Italian lifestyle brand, embodying the rich heritage and artistry that Italy is known for. As a family-owned and operated business, we cherish the values of togetherness, craftsmanship, and authenticity,” says Cardamuro.

“Together with a group of incredibly talented individuals who share our vision and passion, we create a work environment that feels like family,” he adds. “Our goal is to resonate with customers on a personal level, making Miseno a name synonymous with quality, style, and heartfelt connection.”
