Ring Concierge Opens Its First Stores Outside NYC

Ring Concierge has expanded its footprint beyond New York City, adding stores in Los Angeles and Houston last month, with a South Florida opening planned by the end of the year.

Founder and CEO Nicole Wegman is excited to have these locations open for the holiday shopping season. They were created as luxurious, upscale shopping destinations where people can find everything for their jewelry wardrobe, from engagement rings to gemstone pendants to great golf pieces, she says.

“We’ve seen tremendous growth online, but jewelry is such a tactile, personal experience,” says Wegman. “While so many of our clients love shopping digitally, there is a big opportunity to reach customers who crave in-person connection before making a purchase—trying pieces on, feeling the weight of the jewelry, and interacting with our team directly.”

Ring Concierge opened its L.A. store, in the Century City mall, on Sept. 22, and at the Galleria in Houston on Sept. 29. An official opening date in Boca Raton, Fla., has not yet been set but will be before the end of 2024, according to Wegman.

“Expanding into more brick-and-mortar locations allows us to continue to provide an elevated client experience. We’ve seen great success with our New York stores, and it is clear that our approach to retail has really resonated with our customers,” she says. “As demand continues to grow, this feels like a natural evolution for Ring Concierge, and we are excited to show up in new markets.”

Opening on the West Coast was among the biggest moves the brand has made, says Wegman, who founded Ring Concierge as an online retailer in 2013. She says Century City was selected because it is a premier mall with high visibility and foot traffic, and its modern atmosphere is a fit for Ring Concierge’s store aesthetic.

“New York City is our home, but we’ve always had a strong client base on the West Coast, particularly in L.A.,” says Wegman. “The L.A. market is vibrant, with a mix of trendsetters and people who are really invested in high-quality, timeless pieces, which aligns perfectly with our brand. Setting up in L.A. lets us meet that demand directly and be a part of a city that values both luxury and great style.”

The stores feature soft, neutral colors: beiges, creams, and golds. The highlight is the jewelry, Wegman says.

“I want our stores to feel intimate, warm, and welcoming. Luxury doesn’t have to be intimidating, and we work really hard to make sure every client feels comfortable, no matter where they are in their jewelry journey,” she says.

“The stores are designed with that in mind—clean lines, beautiful displays, and an atmosphere that feels chic yet approachable, so everyone feels like they can take their time and enjoy the experience.”

It’s a lot of growth in a short period of time, but Wegman says Ring Concierge is prepared for the opportunities ahead.

“We truly serve as a concierge in your corner. Everything we do, from product design to store layout, is based on feedback we’ve gathered over the years.

“We’re not just expanding for the sake of expansion—we’re expanding because we know our clients want these in-person experiences in more places,” Wegman adds. “We’re also committed to ensuring that as we grow, we stay true to our ethos of quality, craftsmanship, and transparency, which is at the core of Ring Concierge.”
