Pearls are often associated with higher-dollar purchases, with a reputation for being upscale and upper-class. They’re famously worn by royals, celebrities, and first ladies, and have a corner on the preppy and polished market.
But there really is a pearl for everyone; we’ve seen that through a change in consumers’ perception of them over the years. Pearls can be all those things we described, but they can also be modern, cool, and highly approachable.
For pearl lovers on a budget (and even for those who are not), there’s an amazing assortment of sterling silver styles on the market, many of which lend a twist to the pearl that makes it more casual and suitable for everyday wear, no matter the occasion. Many styles come in at under $1,000—many still under $500—though we have found a few particularly drool-worthy styles that retail for more.
Those and more, all below—just right for holiday shoppers with lists to check off (and self-purchases to make).
