Nothing says celebration like champagne, and that’s exactly what Prediletto Collection founders Carla Forte and Mario Buccellati II had in mind when they conceived this pair of whimsical earrings.
Crafted in 18k yellow and white gold, the Champagne Flute earrings are set with diamonds and Akoya pearls and retail for $21,200.
“Carla thinks that every day should be celebrated to the fullest, and what better way to do that than with a pair of champagne-inspired earrings?” says Janine Flora, Prediletto’s vice president of sales and marketing.
In the last 60 days, four pairs have sold worldwide, including in Aspen, Colo., Mexico City, New York City, and in Italy just two weeks ago. “The pair that sold in New York were sold in December for an anniversary,” explains Flora. “And since the pair in Italy sold so recently, we could kind of assume they were to wear on New Year’s Eve.”
