Jewelry brand Cadar has named Ralph Simons, a former top executive at Frederique Constant and Chopard, its new CEO.
Simons most recently served for six years as CEO of TANE Mexico 1942, the Mexico City–based luxury brand. Prior to that, he spent two years as Chopard’s CEO for North America. Before Chopard, Simons worked for six years at Frederique Constant, eventually becoming president of the watch company’s Americas division.
At Cadar, he takes over from Jean Z. Poh, who’d been CEO from early 2022 until this February, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Cadar plans to open a flagship boutique in New York’s Meatpacking District in 2025. The NYC-based brand, founded in 2015 by designer Michal Kadar and her husband, Avraham, currently has a showroom in midtown Manhattan.
