British fine jewelry brand Annoushka has named Zia Zareem-Slade its new CEO, beginning this month.
She takes over from managing director Tim Hort, who has worked for Annoushka for over 25 years and will step back from a full-time role later this year.
Zareem-Slade previously served as chief creative officer at art gallery Hauser & Wirth. Before that, she worked for seven years at Fortnum & Mason, where she led the upscale department store’s digital transformation. She has also been head of online at Selfridges, another U.K. department store.
Brand founder Annoushka Ducas, MBE—who hosts the podcast My Life in Seven Charms—remains creative director of Annoushka. Her husband, John Ayton, serves as chairman.
