Frédéric Arnault Becomes Head of LVMH Watch Division

Share

Frédéric Arnault, the 29-year-old fourth child of LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault, has been appointed CEO of LVMH’s watch division, which consists of TAG Heuer, Zenith, and Hublot.

Frédéric has served as CEO of TAG Heuer since 2020. He started at the watch brand in 2018 as chief digital and strategy officer. Before joining the family business, he was a consultant for McKinsey & Company and also worked in Facebook’s artificial intelligence research department.

As watch CEO, Arnault will report to Stéphane Bianchi, who has been CEO of LVMH’s watches and jewelry division since 2021.

Arnault’s promotion has sparked leadership changes at two of the brands he’ll oversee. Julien Tornare—who’s been CEO of Zenith since 2017—will replace Arnault as CEO of TAG Heuer, confirming a report that first appeared last summer. Zenith will now be headed by Benoit de Clerck, an LMVH outsider, who had served as chief commercial officer at Panerai, owned by rival conglomerate Richemont.

Ricardo Guadalupe remains CEO of Hublot. The three brand heads will report to Arnault.
