The April 2012 issue of InStyle made enamel jewelry the focus of a feature that urged: “This season, opt for bright enamel jewelry to punch up your wardrobe. Design options range from bigger-is-better ’80s-style cuffs to sleek, sculptural rings. More is more when it comes to this trend: Sport a stack of enamel bangles on one wrist, then add extra gusto with an equally vivid enamel ring on the opposite hand. Details like these will bolster a little black dress and also play well with floral patterns.” Pictured are an enamel and gold-plated cuff from La Petite Princesse; enamel and gold-plated bangles from Ettika; an enamel, crystal and gold-plated pendant necklace from CC Skye; an enamel and gold-plated ring from Skinny by Jessica Elliot; an enamel and brass bracelet from Roxanne Assoulin for Lee Angel; and an enamel and metal bangle from Express.
